Overview:
From former DJ John H in 2012:
A sweet old venue with a great dedicated staff. Some street parking outside, a few lots nearby. Everything is in and out of the front door. Ask the kitchen staff and they can get you a cart.
If you have a ceremony, it would be in the first main room inside. One speaker with a mixer is more than enough – lots of marble floors and wood and hard stuff all over the place. There’s a bar along the right hand side of the room as well.
Upstairs (on 3rd floor) is the main room, along with a oak bar social/cigar room around the corner. My ceremony setup came upstairs and I used it for the social hour.
In the main room, the DJ table is on the stage. The head table is usually in the middle of the sea of tables, but I’ve seen it on one side or the other as well. No real problems sound-wise.
Setting up, you notice all the lights and outlets that pepper the side walls behind the stage – most of them do not work. In fact, I still do not know how to turn on the stage lights – it’s gets quite dark later on. Trial and error, so give yourself some extra time.
It’s a cool room too. There’s a few balconies and alcoves the B&G can use for various events during the night – garter toss, bouquet toss, pictures, etc. – so keep that in mind. The staff is super helpful and will assist will turning down the room lights in time for the dance, if you ask them.

Challenges:
Be aware of the outlets and use trial and error. This post was back in 2012, so it may have been fixed by now, but you never know.
Be aware of the balconies and alcoves that the Bride and Groom may want to utilize throughout the evening:

Extra Client Call Questions:
Where do I park to load in?
Will you have a cart for me to use?
What are the balconies there used for? What have brides and grooms used them for in the past? Garter/bouquet?
