Overview: From DJ Matt R: Set up on the 5th floor. Load in is long so allow plenty of extra time.  Use loading dock off 7th street (entrance across from 1st Avenue).  Carts available, but you have to track one down.  Load in through kitchen. If ceremony, they will use the house system for the officiant and any readers.  Great house system and great staff. Generally set up on one end of the room with the headtable on the other end, along ways away. Cocktails in foyer area outside the room Load-in: Loading dock off 7th street. Will take a while for load-in, so give yourself enough time. Challenges: Cocktail hour happens in a different room than the reception. Ask if they have a house system out in the foyer where you can plug an iPod or laptop into. If not, you'll have to set up a speaker for background music and to make the announcement for people to move to the main ballroom. Extra Venue Questions: Do you have a cart I can use?
