Overview:

Ask ahead of time if you can use the door that's right next to the ballroom entrance. You can pull up right next to this door and load your gear in. Otherwise, you have to use the main door and you're a bit farther away.

This is a pretty simple venue. Rectangle shape with no quirks in the layout.

You'll likely do the ceremony outside of the main ballroom by the Golf Course. They'll have you set up your coffin right on a ledge they have on the opposite side of the doors. It's nice and close to the main ballroom, not a huge pain to move the gear from the ceremony to the ballroom.

Load-In:

There is a door that is right by the ballroom. It is to the left of the main entrance about 100 yards. Ask ahead of time if you can use that door and if it will be unlocked. Not a bad load-in at all if you use that door, in fact it's quite easy.

Challenges:

This is one of the more straight forward venues we regularly play at. Even the ceremony location is just outside from the main ballroom. Cocktail hour happens at the same place as dinner/dance. Once you're set up, you're set up. Call ahead of time to ask all the basic questions, but I think you'll find the venue to be quite pleasant for a DJ.
