Overview:

The load-in is going to happen from a back door, NOT from the front door. It's a good idea to do a little walkthrough just to make sure you know where that door is. It could be locked, so it's a good idea to talk to the venue beforehand to confirm that the door will be unlocked and you can use it to load in. You're going to park your car by the sidewalk and then walk about 80 yards to get to the door. A cart will help with that. Ask the venue if they have one.

The space itself is pretty smooth sailing. It's a nice sized rectangle, but not overwhelming. I don't believe they have a venue microphone for speeches (ask though), so you'll have to use yours. Turn it up because you'll be on one end of the room and the farthest people sitting will be on the other.

You'll unload from the same back door.

Load In:

Give yourself a little extra time and be sure the venue knows where you will be loading in from.

Challenges:

Not a whole lot of challenges with this venue. It's pretty simple and doesn't throw any curveballs.

Can I load in from the back door?

Will the back door be unlocked?

Do you have a venue microphone I can use for speeches? (Don't think they do, but ask)
