StoneRidge Golf Club

Overview:

StoneRidge Golf Club is a very nice golf course out in Stillwater. We have had an excellent relationship with this venue for a long time. Matt and Nick (previous venue manager) were good friends and he referred us all the time. Now, they have a new coordinator named Amanda. I went out to StoneRidge and met up with her and toured the space. We had a good conversation and she strictly refers Bellagala to her clients and does not refer any other DJ services. We want to maintain this positive relationship and every DJ we send is a new opportunity for the staff and manager to love us. 

The load-in is easy. Pull up to the front door and bring your equipment in. Nothing quirky or weird. 

The ceremony/dinner/dance all take place in a tent that is connected to the building. Move your equipment to your table and get everything set up. Once you're set up, you're set up. You shouldn't have to move any equipment around.

The cocktail hour takes place inside the building, which is obviously not in the tent where you're set up. However, you can plug an iPod or laptop into their sound system for background music and they have a microphone you can use for announcements during cocktail hour.

Once in the tent, the venue has a newly installed sound system around the tent. Use that sound system for background music and speeches. They have the ability to have the music/microphone in the tent play inside as well. Amanda said she would prefer the DJ uses their sound system during dinner. 

Obviously, once the dance starts, put on your speakers and let it rip!

Load-In:

Easy. Pull to the front door, load your gear.

Challenges:

You're going to be using their system during cocktail/dinner. Be sure to have a good venue call so you know you're going to have somebody there who can help you plug in and make sure everything's working properly. 

Special Considerations:

This is one of our strongest vendor/venue relationships. I only sent you out to StoneRidge because I know you're going to represent Bellagala in a very positive way. Be sure to be respectful to the staff and be prepared.

Can I plug an iPod/laptop into your sound system for cocktail/dinner? Microphone?
