Overview:

The venue is in the basement of Grumpy's Bar on Snelling. It's about 20 minutes from the warehouse. Load in is a little bit of a pain. You have to bring your gear through the back door, into the kitchen, and onto a freight elevator. Then bring everything through the downstairs kitchen and into the event space. The room is fairly small so sound carries well and you are set up far enough away from the tables that the speakers don't need to be raised. Leah is the main contact on the day of.
Load In:
Give yourself extra time. You have to come through the backdoor and then onto a freight elevator, then through the kitchen downstairs and THEN to the event space.
See if they have a cart available. If they don't, then I can hook you up with one.
Challenges:
Once you're loaded in, it's pretty smooth sailing. Small room with sound that carries well. Your own microphone should work just great for speeches.
